You have the right to request deletion of personal data that Autoli, Inc. holds about you. This page explains exactly how to submit a request, what data we delete, and how long it takes.

1. About this page

This page exists so end users — including people who received WhatsApp messages from a business that uses Autoli, leads or contacts stored in our customers' CRM workspaces, and visitors to our marketing site — can request deletion of their personal data without needing to create an Autoli account. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we process and why.

2. What we delete

On a verified deletion request, we will delete:

  • Your CRM record — name, phone, email, addresses, custom fields, notes, activity timeline, and tags held by any Autoli customer who has captured your information.
  • WhatsApp messages — every inbound and outbound WhatsApp message between you and the business, including content, media references, timestamps, and delivery status, held in Autoli's database.
  • Voice call records — call metadata, recordings, and transcripts where you were the caller or callee.
  • Email threads — synced inbound and outbound email between you and the business that uses Autoli.
  • Campaign membership — your inclusion in any current or past outbound WhatsApp / SMS / email / voice campaign.
  • Logs & analytics — anything that personally identifies you in our application logs, audit logs, and analytics events.

3. How to request deletion

Choose either method below. Both reach the same deletion team.

Option A — Email (recommended)

Send an email to privacy@autoli.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your full name;
  • Every phone number you'd like deleted (E.164 format, e.g. +919528203079);
  • Every email address you'd like deleted;
  • The name of the business that contacted you (if known) so we can locate the right Autoli customer workspace;
  • Whether you want your data deleted from all Autoli customers who have it, or only from a specific one.

4. Timeline & what to expect

  1. Day 0 — we acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  2. Day 0–7 — we verify your identity (we may ask for one piece of corroborating information, e.g. confirming the last message you received from the business).
  3. Day 7–30 — we delete your data from production systems and notify the affected customer(s).
  4. Day 30–90 — your data ages out of encrypted backups during the normal backup-rotation cycle. We do not restore it.

You will receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete.

5. WhatsApp data deletion

WhatsApp message data deserves special mention because two parties hold copies — Autoli (the integration provider) and Meta (the message-transport provider). Submitting a request through this page deletes the copy held by Autoli and the Autoli customer. To also delete the copy held by Meta, you must additionally:

  • Reply STOP to the WhatsApp Business that contacted you to opt out of further messages, and
  • Submit a request directly to Meta via the WhatsApp Data Subject Request Policy.

6. Limits & exceptions

We may retain certain information after deletion when required by law, for example:

  • tax, accounting, or audit obligations (typically up to 7 years);
  • fraud prevention and security records;
  • legal holds in connection with active or anticipated litigation.

Where we retain such information, we do not use it for any other purpose.

Aggregated and de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you is not subject to deletion.
